From June 4th to 7th, QAR visited the fabulous island of Bornholm, where we played at two fantastic events in the port of Nexø. We’ve finally found a moment at the end of March to update our website and social media with a wrap-up of what is essentially the "harvest season" for any self-respecting Irish folk band: the Saint Patrick’s Day celebrations. Calling it a "Day" is a bit of an understatement, as the festivities usually span at least a full week centered around March 17th. Since the gala was held at the distinguished Marshal’s Office and under the symbol of the Griffin, we dressed in full formal attire.
